These estimates must not be used to diagnose a condition, assess treatment, predict health, or replace care from a qualified healthcare professional.
Life expectancy and planning horizons
Life expectancy values are population-level statistics for a country or population group and observation year. Subtracting a person's current age produces a broad illustration, not a prediction of an individual's remaining lifespan or date of death.
Life calendars, remaining weekends, milestones, and user-selected lifespan settings are reflective planning tools. The selected horizon is an assumption and should not be interpreted as fate, medical advice, insurance advice, or financial-planning certainty.
